  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
  • Product descriptions and pricing are provided in good faith but we do not warrant they are error-free
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors or quantity limitations
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout
  • You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method utilized
  • Sales tax will be applied where required by law

6. Shipping & Delivery

All purchases of physical items from Natural Wellness® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return unopened, unused products within 90 days of delivery for a full refund
  • Opened products may be eligible for store credit at our discretion
  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@naturalwellness.com or call 1-800-569-4994
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error

8. Subscriptions & EasyAutoShip

If you purchase a subscription product or enroll in our EasyAutoShip program:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you choose, without further authorization
  • You may modify or cancel at any time by contacting us at 1-800-569-4994 or via our online contact form
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change product prices in the program and will notify you before any price changes take effect
  • You may also manage your subscription by logging into your account at store.naturalwellness.com/account

9. Product Reviews

Natural Wellness® collects product reviews through Trustpilot, a third-party review platform. Reviews submitted through Trustpilot are governed by Trustpilot's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We may display Trustpilot reviews on our sites in accordance with Trustpilot's guidelines.

We do not control the content of reviews submitted to Trustpilot and are not responsible for their accuracy. If you believe a review violates Trustpilot's policies, please report it directly through Trustpilot.

15. Governing Law

All matters relating to our sites and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of New York, in each case located in the County of Orange.
